Stroh and Associates is an independent brokerage firm specializing in employer offered benefits and headquartered in Bismarck, North Dakota. The firm was founded by Sheyna (Stroh) Weisenburger, who has been working in the area of insurance, employee benefits and human resources since 2004.

For over 13 years, Stroh & Associates has been providing insurance and employee benefits consulting services to the business community.

Sheyna Weisenburger (formerly Stroh)

Sheyna is originally from Devils Lake, North Dakota. After graduating high school, she served her country in the North Dakota Army National Guard and attended college at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. Following college graduation, she moved to Bismarck, ND where she has held positions as an Executive Director of a state-wide non-profit, a Financial Advisor, an Account Executive with BlueCross BlueShield of North Dakota, and most recently, the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for the University of Mary. For over 20 years, Sheyna has been assisting companies in making smart, strategic decisions in employee benefits and insurance along with providing compliance guidance.

Sheyna is married to her husband Clint, they have four children Braden, Bailey, Emily, and Katelyn. During her time off she enjoys golfing, jogging, and spending time with family.

Amy Privratsky is the Senior Account Manager for Stroh and Associates.  She is licensed in health and life insurance.  Her primary responsibility is to ensure the best customer service experience for our valued clients.  She has established an excellent relationship with all of the carrier lines and is quick to provide ongoing assistance to an ever changing industry.  Amy is also the primary point of contact for our small group market clients. 

Amy is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota. After graduating Bismarck High School, she served her country as a Unit Administrator for five years in the North Dakota Army National Guard.  Amy prides herself in attention to detail along with her ability to provide the personal touch that Stroh and Associates is known for.

Amy is married to her husband Rod and they have two children, Matthew and Elizabeth. During her time off, she enjoys running, working out, cooking and spending time with family.

Gwen Weeks is an Employee Benefits Consultant for Stroh & Associates. She grew up in North Dakota and graduated from North Dakota State University in Fargo. Since her college graduation she has lived in Colorado where she was the Deputy Director of the Colorado State Patrol Family Foundation. When her family relocated to Montana she worked at Western States Insurance where she worked with both group health & individual coverage. Upon returning to ND, was most recently a Broker Partner for BlueCross BlueSheild of ND.

What Gwen is most passionate about, working in the Insurance Industry, is helping business owners understand their choices in coverage as well as navigating and adapting to the changing workforce needs to provide different options.

Gwen has two children, Jordan and Cameron as well as two grandchildren. During her time off she enjoys scrapbooking, shopping and spending time with family.
